Poor customer service , long delivery times.
I ordered a coffee table which was delivered damaged and the rest of my order was missing.
I have emailed several times with no reply , until finally today I was told they can collect the damaged table tomorrow but can not confirm when I get a replacement? It’s an absolute joke and the rest of my order is still missing.
