I ordered a Stag study lamp. Was told at the time that the item was out of stock,but would be available soon. After waiting for a few days, telephoned the store to ask when delivery would be? Very polite and professional on the phone. Received a call back from Lisa on,who informed me the item was not in stock until April. Lisa offered me an alternative. This item was due in on the Friday. i received the alternative Stag lamp the following Tuesday. I am really impressed with the service from Shabby Store. Lisa has telephoned me to make sure that i am happy with the item. The only little snag would be to have been informed at the first telephone enquiry, that there would be a delay. The reason being,this was bought for a present.
