Although I experienced a problem with my order, it arrived damaged in transit, the team at Shabby Store could not have been more helpful. They got a replacement product sent out to me promptly at no change and at s time to suit me. Over the time from the initial order to the replacement being delivered I phoned Shabby Store several times and we exchanged emails. Everyone who I was in contact with was very friendly and seemed keen to help me. I will order from Shabby Store again in the future. Excellent service.
