AVOID! Terrible experience. This has been the worst online purchasing experience I have ever encountered. I placed an order for an item on 2nd August, with an expected delivery time of 6 days. After numerous emails and contacts, the wrong item was finally delivered to my house on 14th August. I was then informed that the correct item would be sent, but now, after all this, your company claims the item is no longer available.
To add to the inconvenience, I am now expected to deal with the hassle of arranging for the collection of the wrong item. This situation is absolutely unacceptable.
