Ordered my item, my money was taken out of my account two days later. Twelve days later, item still hasnt arrived. I contacted Shabby store to inquire as to when I'd receive my item only to be told (two days later) that they'd delivered it and I'd signed for it! Not true! Show me who signed for it, when and where!!! I'm still waiting!!! I should of read the reviews on here before I committed to buy as I can ill afford to be out of pocket. I've requested a full refund and as yet have had no reply. I want my money back please! What's my next step?
