Still awaiting my purchase.
I emailed for a delivery update , got automatic reply with a promise to get in touch. Nothing. I then called and spoke to a customer service adviser who promised to check and call back. No reply. Have emailed again. Hope to get some information soon as this is a gift and had expected it by now.
