I bought three Grey Metal Hammered Stools. They arrived promptly and the quality was excellent and great value for money. However, I had misjudged the size and they were shorter than I needed. This was not a problem at all. Shabby Store offered a taller stool but sadly it wasn't available in the same finish, which we really liked, so they arranged to pick up the stools and give us an immediate refund. All done promptly and politely. Would definitely use them again.
