Still no joy
I purchased a chesterfield stool £138
Two wk later got a e mail it’s delayed due to the virus
Did not know when this order could be actioned
I asked for my money back so many times to no avail
Wks went by
I’m retired in my sixties I myself have worked in flag ship stores as a manger
I have never in 40 yrs experienced in retail had such poor service
They do not communicate with you
Take orders but don’t action them
Don’t give refunds
They say they a family business well they should come together to discuss the poor reviews and regular team talks to come to a plan how they can retrieve some good service and feedback
So so disappointed as I liked many items to purchase but not risking it again
We all all struggling with this virus it’s effecting every one
But as a business you should behave like one
I cannot imagine my staff ever behave like this
Very sad and believe you wont trade for much longer with this service
Wish you luck for the future
But my advice would be close the doors
