Extremely disappointed by the shabby store. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I have been waiting for an expensive item for now over 5 months!! I ordered early Jan. Yes 5 months - I think I have been extremely patient... Still no item and no refund. I have chased the item numerous times, each time being told they are having trouble with suppliers and told it would be dispatched soon. When I ordered the item it was in stock on their website!? And was expecting it straight the way. If I’d of known there was going to be a wait I wouldn’t have ordered. I feel they are greedy and take money before they know when or how they will get new stock without telling the client. They have blamed Coronavirus however I ordered months before the virus affected the uk. I was told in one of my many emails I would receive a refund for my postage to say sorry for the long wait. That was over two months ago. Still no refund. I have been told in my most recent email to wait until July! This will be 7 months after ordering. I will have changed my decor by the time this actually turns up (if ever). I will not be buying from them again and will be telling everyone who will listen not to buy from them.
