Ordered 21 May. Just says standard delivery and 'You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. I find in small print later it is 10 days so presumably comes from the factory in China.
No comms back and today is 9/6; 12th working day. They obviously don't advise the customer when there are shipping delays and don't care that they don't. In the meantime, they send lots of marketing emails. On this review page they say 'average delivery time Next Day'. Shabby.
