Absolutely shocking service!!
Placed my order on 18th April for 2 different jars, one was in stock, and the other was a back order to be due beginning of May.
Long story short, I had to keep chasing for both jars as there was ZERO communication regarding the status of my order. After being responded to with the same answer “this is delayed” over and over again, I eventually received my back order jar and still have not received the one that was in stock?!?
Since then they have agreed to cancel and Refund me this, HOWEVER.. I’ve emailed AGAIN as they have still not sent me my Money! Has this been “delayed” also?
Over and over? Don’t believe their response to other reviews regarding their refund timescale. It’s a LIE.
I had to opened a case with PayPal for my money back as they no longer responded to my emails regarding my money.
