I ordered a couple of items for Shabby Store and was told it woild be roughly 10 days before they were shipped. After this time I had not heard anything so chased up via email. I had a quick response the next day to advise it was with DPD and I would receive a text within 48 hours to confirm the delivery date. I still did not hear so I emailed to chase again (by this point I was starting to feel quite annoyed and disappointed). Again, I had a quick response to apologise they had been lost in transit and offered me a replacement however the item was not due in until the end of September or I could exchange for a similar item that was in stock. As the things I ordered were in the sale I explained I would be happy to wait for those or, if I was able to swap to the items in stock, was there anything they could do on the price. Almost immediately I received an email order confirmation of my two replacement items followed my an email to confirm they had swapped my order for the in stock items and honoured my original sale price (saving me over half price!). This customer service really restored my faith in Shabby Store and I have already received my items (2 days later!) Thank you so much to Leah who was the advisor I liaised with by email - great service and will definitely be returning!!
