Very bad and pathetic service !
I ordered a pair of jewellery box in March 2020 , didn’t receive my delivery and been told because of COVID the delivery is delayed . Then after 5 months 4 and half weeks ago they said it will still take 4 weeks atleast and whether I want to wait if not , I emailed to them 4 weeks ago that please cancel my order and refund my money and it’s been 4 weeks now they didn’t even reply and not even refund my money .
Must say extremely bad service and will not recommend to anyone .
Very disappointing !
