Mito shipped out a pet red light pad missing both the power battery and cable and the controller. It arrived at 5pm on a Friday guaranteeing lack of customer service for 3 more days because of this company's hours and nonexistent weekend coverage.
We can only guess this was a returned unit shipped back out to us as new with zero checking to ensure complete equipment.
For the product cost and delivery time this is terrible customer service AND very poor management and quality control.
Regret the purchase. It will take a lot to make up for this customer treatment.
