My mito-red unit literally exploded and they said it's out of warranty so they couldn't help me. They did offer me a 10% discount code, a discount anyone can find on the internet. Bad products, awful customer service. Go elsewhere for your red light device.

Send manufacturer message fan was broken then some bulbs out and then infrared light didn’t work. He wouldn’t respond even with Photos videos until after warranty expired saying he couldn’t honor it because warranty expired. You decide

It's been a long road, Oct 5th will be one year out from a thyroid storm. My life as I knew it changed dramatically, there are a lot of other issues that coincide with thyroid problems and I think I may have had them all. I told my family if I heard "inflammation" one more time it may put me over the edge... no energy, hair loss, muscle fatigue, brain fog, depression, IC bladder pain, thyroid eye disease ughhh Moving On: I came across Red Light Therapy out of desperation for something to start to turn my life around I did my research and found Mito Red Light. I purchased the Mito Pro 300 because I wanted to give it a try and it was affordable. I'm hooked and am a dedicated user 5 days a week at the minimum. I have been using my Mito since June 2022 on a regular basis. Along with my red light I have taken my rehab very seriously, a year feeling not well takes it toll on your entire body. I use my Red light while I do my morning cardio, light weights and core for the 20 minutes recommended session. I purchased the Green Tea Antioxidants and have been using this for 2 weeks now in my evening 20 minute therapy. I keep thinking to myself am I imagining this significant change in my face or is this for real? :) I've concluded it's for real. I'm 58 and use a good skin care routine but since I have started using this my skin looks amazing. Tip of the day buy it. Question: is there a body lotion that is equally amazing as the Green Tea Antioxidants serum? I didn't think it was for full body I use it on my face, neck and chest. I'd love a body Green Tea product. Remember I purchased my red light for overall health and the mental aspects. Now I'm hooked on the skin appearance along with my mental health, inflammation, sleep. As I said I have always taken care of my skin, and also started on the ever popular collagen. I also did my research on this while my hair was falling :( *I think that the Younique Marine Collagen is about the best out there * I use Kimberly Johnson as my rep. ( not turning this into a ad for them but it's some good stuff, read about it and do your own research. As mentioned it's been a year in the books and on the mend. I think that on Oct 5, 2022 I will be treating myself to the Mito Pro 1,500 as I can honestly say, thank you this product has been a real life saver for me. Note: I don't do many reviews but if this helps one person then my job here is done

I have hypothyroid, specifically Hashimoto's, in addition to multi-nodular goiter. For the past 4 years I have been taking desiccated thyroid - 30 mg. Although at first the desiccated thyroid brought my TSH down, from 12 to 4., it did not work after the first 3 months. My TSH continually rose for the next few years, from 4 to 9.5. I refused to have my desiccated thyroid dosage raised. So I still continued at 30mg. Then a year ago I bought the Mito Pro 300. For the next year I put my Mito on a high table, stood 6 inches away, set the light on infrared setting, aimed the Mito at my neck, tilted my head back so the Mito light is on my thyroid. I did this for 3 minutes everyday of the week. When I started a year ago, my TSH was 9.5. Every 3 months my blood work showed that my TSH was going down. First 3 months, my TSH went from 9.5 to 7. The next 3 months my TSH went from 7 to 5. Since then I am doing the Mito infrared light for 2 minutes once a week. I stand away from the light about 8-10 inches. My blood work has been showing that my TSH is staying at 5. What a life saver the Mito Light has been for my hypothyroid/Hashimoto's. I have never stopped taking my desiccated thyroid, but never increased my dosage from 35 mg. I still continue to take my desiccated thyroid. In addition to a gluten free, lactose free diet, it was the addition of the Mito Red Light that got my thyroid working. Thanks a bunch MITO Red Light.. A most grateful and now healthy customer!

Hello, Just adding my voice to the comments about duty/VAT and the lack of price transparency for this business. This is no way to run a business, and I have not come across this for other orders I have made to the UK from the EU. The MitoLight products are already expensive and the order confirmation shows VAT already included (in my case £443 including VAT of £76.88). So imagine my surprise to find myself chased quite aggressively by Fedex after taking receipt of the item for a further £93.48 of duty/VAT to be paid by me. Don't really want my credit rating affected by a massive multinational delivery company taking action against me, so will pay it. However, I'm pretty sure that had the original price shown £537 I would probably not have bought the product and looked at alternatives. In terms of the product, build quality seems nice, but after two weeks use I can't really tell much difference in anything - but happy to accept that this sort of treatment is about perseverance and am keeping the product because I'm a lazy person with too much money and too little sense. It's relaxing to use though, if you ignore that even with the goggles on the redlight is quite retina-boiling... Basically, don't order this product if you are based in the UK, unless you are happy with a price 22% higher than that shown on the website.

Hi Amber - can you please remove this review and post it to the correct company website? We are MITO RED LIGHT (www.mitoredlight.com) based in the USA. We ship only DHL to Europe (we do not ship FEDEX) and after prior issues, we now email each international individually to ensure they are aware of import fees and customs. You appear to have purchased your light from "Mito Light" (www.mitolight.com) a company based in Europe. That is not us. We have no affiliation with them whatsoever.

Bought the Mito Mobile and in about 6 months, 6 of the 12 lights stopped working. I was told the lights were still working, we just can't see it with our naked eyes (not assuring at all). But I went along with it. But then the fan started getting louder and it became less hot. Reached out to customer service again to see what is happening and was just responded with an email with info copied and pasted from their website. Honestly, the company's customer service is the worst part. I've reached out on other things and they have never been helpful nor nice. Actually, they're usually pretty rude. I'm still skeptical if the product is functioning properly and I just can't see it with my naked eye, but I will 100% NOT be purchasing or recommending Mito. There are so many other reputable red light companies out there. Save yourself the headache of communicating with the team.

The Mito Mobile contains 12 LEDs - 6 are red (660nm) and 6 are NIR (850nm). https://mitoredlight.com/products/mito-mobile-1 NIR at 850nm is ABOVE the visible spectrum (400-700nm) hence it is invisible to the naked eye. Only the 6 red lights will appear lit. While the NIR is invisible to the naked eye, the LEDs are on and are putting out significant NIR light energy at ~850nm. Near Infrared (800-900nm) is just beyond the visible spectrum (400nm-700nm) - hence it is invisible to the naked eye. You will actually only be able to see a small pink dot or perhaps a very subtle pinkish hue emanating from the NIR LEDs when they are 'on'. Please rest assured that there is a significant amount of light energy emanating from those LEDs and your Mito Red Light is in fact working exactly as designed." I did alot of research about red light therapy & really liked all the facts about Mitored. The price , timer on panels & all the items included with your panel. Was skeptical about ordering on line but everything went well. Did buy the 1500, 750 & 300. All shipped separate. UPS was great with dates & delivery. Excellent packaging from company & now using all 3 lights for 2nd week. Took picture 1st day of face & neck. Now compared pix after 7 days. I see a difference in skin texture. Hopefully energy & joint pain will get better as well. Maybe too soon to tell. I think.its a great health device & I did talk to someone at company twice. I'm impressed with the product ,the company & the real.people I talked to at Mitored. Looking forward to years of improved health with my light panels. Also Excellent website with new updated information, if you enjoy learning, & I do!. Thank you Mitored.!!

Super excited to start using my Mito Pro 300! I called customer service to ask when it might arrive & about the shipping charge and he was more then helpful & put my mind at ease. Very caring & profession, excited to hear back about how our family enjoys our Mito Pro! I felt heard & understood. 5 star customer service. If ordering from Canada or overseas it may take a few weeks to get your light & don t forget government charges Import duty taxes. But with personalized customer service & a quality product, its well worth it!

They write on their website that there is a full refund, "no risk trial, no restocking fee unlike other companies" but then when I tell them I'm not happy with paying 42% customs fees ($97 for a $229 product) to get it shipped to Europe they send me a link saying that I will have to pay $50 + shipping fees ($87). I emailed them about this and they didn’t show any interest in my situation. After I wrote a negative review, they reached out and offered me to refund me $50 “to make things right” if I updated this review positively. I first accepted but after 6 days without nothing happening and them answering their emails once every 48 hours, I prefer to tell everybody how bad their customer service is. They were only interested in the review, not in my problem. My friend told me that the Joovv support is much better and professional.

Any such taxes, duties or fees are to be paid separately by the buyer." Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the import fees, duties, taxes, etc that the various governments around the world may charge on imports. Restocking fees are additional charges that companies deduct from the refund of product cost. We do not charge those. The $50 fee for international items that are returned to us because a customer changed their mind (after the order has already shipped) is meant to partially offest the return shipping cost which we are charged by the courier in order to receive the item back. Lastly, we apologize if our email responses seemed delayed. We are in the middle of moving our corporate offices and there is a 9 hour time difference between France and Arizona, USA. Again. we are sorry you had this experience and that, despite out efforts, we were not able to arrive at an equitable solution. I really love my mitomin! Really helps my skin. Had a bit of a miscommunication with the admin about the return guarantee of the larger mito I ordered. The large one I found to be too difficult to use consistently, but that's for me personally. Don't hesitate to go through these guys, product quality and customer service are top tier!

It would be 4.5 stars but stars but the Mito Red site ships by UPS. At least in the Petaluma, CA area this seriously screws you up and when you call you can tell the operators can barely handle the stress themselves. This doesn't take away from the product or another site that may sell them - unless the ship method has to be UPS and there's no choice. But the unit itself is solidly constructed, you get the feeling of a "they don't make them like they used to" quality.

The little rechargeable one works great. Surprised me in that it helps with ED. (don't try this without help on dose, Leydig cells in testicles are sensitive to heat). Bought the large panel for full body and collagen repair. Too early to report. But the little rechargeable thing is pretty cool for $150.

Really great device. I subscribe to all the popular life hackers out there ...Asprey, Greenfield etc who are heavily pushing Joovv. Guess why? A tonne of marketing $s thrown at them. Mito Red Is so much better value for money, focusing on product not marketing and an essential part of my daily regimen.

My right knee had been injured from a bad fall on the ice two winters ago but it had never properly healed and this past summer it was still bothering me. Then three months after using the Mito Red Light every night for 15 minutes my knee problems went away. I had doubted if I could continue with my part time job as a skiing instructor, but I went on to teach skiing again as well as taking an added vacation Skiing in Colorado early this past March. Since I have had such success with my knee, I had another question, would either the red or infrared light exposure help with the with the health of my eyesight? I am over 65 and I was wondering red or infrared light might heap the health of my eyesight?

I love my red light. I use it for 5 minutes front/back everyday. I feel as if my skin is healthier and my muscles feel better. It’s such a nice way to start my mornings.
