“It would be 4.5 stars but stars but the Mito Red site ships by UPS. At least in the Petaluma, CA area this seriously screws you up and when you call you can tell the operators can barely handle the stress themselves. This doesn't take away from the product or another site that may sell them - unless the ship method has to be UPS and there's no choice. But the unit itself is solidly constructed, you get the feeling of a "they don't make them like they used to" quality.”

“Honestly I don’t think I’ve seen any results from using the MitoMin for 10 minutes almost every day for two months, about 6” away from the light. After doing some research, I’ve started to sit 24”-36” away. I got the light specifically for skin and sleep issues. I am 70 years old and have had interrupted sleep and aging skin for many years, so I’m giving it time in hopes of seeing some results.”

Michelle - thanks for the feedback. Perhaps try reducing the treatment time and increasing the frequency? Example: 10 minutes a day at 6-12 inch distance, 6-7x a week. We will email you to discuss further.
