Honestly I don’t think I’ve seen any results from using the MitoMin for 10 minutes almost every day for two months, about 6” away from the light. After doing some research, I’ve started to sit 24”-36” away. I got the light specifically for skin and sleep issues. I am 70 years old and have had interrupted sleep and aging skin for many years, so I’m giving it time in hopes of seeing some results.
