Only received this mini yesterday. Used one time today and noticed half lights light. I wrote and called with a really quick response. Seems the NIR side is not visible to naked eye. Quickly satisfied my concern. I look forward to many years of service and high hopes for neuropathy relief in my feet. My DC recommended red light therapy for this problem.
