I was looking for a red light machine and I got the one that is about three foot tall. The machine is well built and you save money due to the fact that it doesn’t come with unnecessary bells and whistles, such as timer, Bluetooth and app.
Using the red light therapy is dual purpose in that it will get you to do meditation while you use it.
