We ordered a few lights, for ourselves and gifts for our parents. They shipped separately and we had to pay duty individually, this was annoying but understandable. MitoRed customer support answered all of my emails (and I had many) quickly, they were direct to address my questions and ensure I was satisfied. Bumpy experience made smooth! Thanks, now we are looking forward to regular use of our lights.
