LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Mito Red Lights (I have 3:) SO much! It helps a ton with my depression (especially in the winter) and brain clarity. I tend to focus the light 360° around my head. I look forward to using them every morning. It's like going to the beach while lying in bed drinking coffee.
I even lend my mini out to friends and family so they're able to experience the benefits of RED and NIR.
Not to mention, Mito Red customer service is TOP NOTCH. Very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.
