Purchased for my son who is a college catcher and has had shoulder and elbow problems. He uses twice a day and his recovery is significantly improved. Company is responsive to inquiries but it’s 100 % through email which I found odd. Don’t even remember why I called but Mito contacted me via email from my voice message.it was a fast response however.
