I've used them for both (travel) photobooks & calendars, ... and they do quality work. -- [I don't see a box for what makes me UN-happy ... so here goes->] "D. Searle's" experience is mine, too. The pricing is outrageous, and the "model" that says, we'll lower the tab from insane to excessive - IF YOU ASK - says it all. "Cust. service" is a call center in some far away low-wage place ... where the typical "agent" knows less about the product than a skilled user. The software lacks anything resembling "intelligence," because it's 10+ years old at its core and has barely gotten any attention in the intervening time. Somebody high up - and everyone below her/him - is focused on one thing only - profit maximization. In most spheres, the high-priced spread delivers concomitant value. Alas, that's not the case here.
