Thought this might be a good idea, how wrong I was...!
The personal message was printed twice on 1 line instead once on 1 line.... so a long line of repeated text which ruins an otherwise decent print.
Emailed twice - no response
ringing every day and goes straight to answerphone with no calls back.
Happy enough to take your money, not to help you out... :(
