Very poor response to complaint.
I ordered a personalised Christmas hamper. When it arrived it looked great and I was happy to give it as a present to a friend. However, when my friend opened the small tin of chocolates she found that they were covered in a white bloom and tasted stale so she threw them away. I contacted the seller who refused to replace them as I didn’t have photographic evidence. I am amazed that, for the very few substandard chocolates contained in the tin, the seller would risk damaging their reputation in this way.
