To be honest, I had seen lots of business come and gone, just because they don't care their client 's complain, end up they lost one by one of existing customer.
Somar, he is different, he never be afraid to face the complain, NO only care of them but also response fast and tried hard to solve them. never try to hide away from the customer and the complain .
He definitely got the quality of a good business man should have.
He really earn my trust, and let me feel really relaxing to deal with him.
