I ordered a TMPro2 from MK3. It shipped to my door kn California in 7 days. I was very happy. This is where it all goes down hill. I was supposed to receive 3 cables with the device I only received 2. When I plugged in the device to the computer, the device would not power on. When I looked at the circuit board I noticed the soldering was done extremely sloppy. Several of the connections were not even soldered through the board. I have made several attempts to call with no answer and I have emailed Mk3 but I have not received any response. It’s been well over a week. Not only was I unable to complete the 10 jobs I had scheduled. Multiple customers were on specific timelines and because the TMPro2 was unable to function and nobody has taken the time to respond to me so I can get a replacement shipped out, they missed their deadlines. I hope they read this and contact me to fix this situation. I am out several hundred dollars. I lost customers and for someone who is in the service industry, customer service and my reputation are the most important things to me. Please reach out and fix this so I can remove this review. I never leave bad reviews like this.
