The delivery time on gold for the WoW server I was playing on, was estimated to 15 min - 1h. But it took them over 5h to deliver due to "out of stock". However, the support was fast to reply in online chat and was very helpful and friendly! The delivery was made correctly and they even cover for the Auction House % cut! I'm really saticfied with their services and will order again.
