The in-store customer service was phenomenal as the employee asked me what I was looking for & gave me detailed enquiry about the products that would best suit my needs. She even helped my selection process & was quick & efficient whilst applying the front cover to my phone. The price for this product is great as you get life-long warranty & it does not need to be replaced often at all! I have dropped my phone from the top of a 2-floor staircase & it was in perfect condition. No broken screen, no scratches & I’m still using the same front cover without any replacement. Extremely convenient they have a multitude of stores globally as I am an international student so I am going back to Canada often where they also have stores.
