They are becoming so lazy with the service, in the counter that I have fixed my tablet protection they were supposed to give me 20% discount being a staff at the mall and they gave me 10% only even though other counters offer 20%. Moreover they don't have a great knowledge of their products and they have fixed a screen protector that affected the touch screen, I paid extra money for it only to replace it with the lower quality option without refund. The screen protector was full of bubbles as well even though i didnt touch the tablet for 48 hours Never again.
