Quality of the product is great but the customer service is bad. Real bad. They franchise to people and doesn’t bother what they do how they treat customers. Amazon’s 50 AED fits perfectly and does better work for the cost. Just because their product is good they act smart. Even if their team tells you something the franchise people won’t respect you. Keep sending you back and forth saying simple reasons and finally tell you sorry it’s more than 15 days we won’t refund. They don’t communicate properly. Completely misleading marketing. Just money making minded people.
