Hi, The Burjuman Mall Kiosk couldn't fix the screen skin properly. It's coming out from the sides. I have to visit the kiosk again to get it fixed. It is not nearby which is frustrating as I have to waste my time and money on petrol or metro to visit again. Also you should allow a person with a bill ( having name , number and model of the phone ) to get the skin changed without having the old skin handy. If you cannot do this then have the customers photo , model of the phone registered on your system. I had lost my back panel skin in India because my little cousin pulled it out and threw it somewhere. I had to pay for the whole back panel skin again.
