When the product was offered I thought it was fantastic. Within a month the sides started peeling off. I went back to the seller last Saturday to raise a complaint, only to be told I needed to pay another £17 to have the sides done. After paying £60 I found it disgusting to be asked to pay when I was told the product had a lifetime guarantee.
