Outlet manager refuse to entertain customer for replacement. As old was disturbing with half intact therefore customer removed back coating and kept only sides of iphone. It was bad experience in term of after sale warranty.
Why not shop enter IMEI number in purchase Invoice in order to confirm the handset originally purchased with clear coating.
