The person who did the coating needs training. I expressed my dissatisfaction and then a Filipino lady did the coating again. She accepted the fact that the coating was not done properly. She tried to rectify what was done. However, as expected In just a couple of days, the coating started to peel off from the sides. Despite following their instructions of leaving the phone for an hour in an envelope, it has turned out to be very shabby looking. Very disappointed. This is my feedback. Now I'd like to see how this company rectifies and makes it up to me so that I can be a happy customer.
