the CSR does not respond properly at the city center mall, Doha Qatar. He is working which I can see, but he can take out 2 mins just to take my device and add the coat later. But I do not understand why your customer service reps do not attend to customers properly. and they spend too much time with one customer as if it's a business deal going on, they just have to take the phone and let the customer know when to come back for the return, but unfortunately, that is not the case.
