I bought a new Samsung S21 ultra and was recommended by my friend to protect this with Mobile outfitters. I am so happy that I did it. I would have dropped my phone atleast 10 times in the last 7 months and it looks brand new. I fixed a finger holder in the back. However that didn't work well and the ring came off. I was trying to pull that one but it didn't come. I took it to Mobile Outfitters and they changed the cover with a new one at no cost. Now I am able to use wireless chargers also. This is a great product, add no additional weight to your phone (unlike some bulky covers), elegant, durable and you get great service.
