The service was not done up to mark, I went again to get it done and even though I was the first customer in line, it took more than one hour and 3 attempts to finally get it done right as all the staff is not well trained enough to do the job. One guy took one hour and 3 attempts on my phone where as the other guy finished 3 phones in one hour. This is highly ineffective and frustrating and as a consumer who is first in line, I do not expect to wait for one hour!
