Well the manager and the sales rep at Ezdan mall were kind enough to listen and review facts. The subject is replacement.
To their best extent supported but it’s not always possible to keep damaged or torn used ones for replacement.
Invoice could be used is just a humble suggestion because all will not prefer to spend to maintain old ones.
But to me it was not a old phone but worthy one to preserve that to with a trustworthy product which saved my valuable phone over the years.
