Updated: It took a while but Mobile Outfitters did their best to speed up the process to fix any issues I had with the previous mobile fitting. Customer Service was also very dilligent in updating and contacting me every day. Issue has now been resolved, thank you for that. 1. The fitting of the cover on my phone took a very long time. Much much longer than expected. 2. The cover/moulding of the plastic does not fit well. There is a significant gap. I was told that I would be contacted again to get a better fitted one but no news so far. 3. The fitting was not well done and there are pockets of air and even visible tabs that can be pulled off. I'm not sure how it would protect my phone. I understand the ZFlip4 is significantly different in design but that was why I trusted Mobile Outfitters to be able to have a more personalised solution. After going down, I'm not so certain anymore...
