I came all the way from Dammam to Jeddah at Red sea Mall, because that's only where there's a Mobile Outiftters Kiosk. I've been wanting to replace the damaged screen gaurd since months now. Upon arrival at the Virgin Megastore at Red Sea Mall, I was told there's no operator/ Employee available.
A huge disappointment and a poor service response.
