The Good: Materials are high-quality and durable.
The negatives are as follows: always there is a change of staff that doesn't know the old members - 60% of the calls to customer service are not understandable - Some of the staff are rude while on the phone.
I live in Dubai and I always go to the branch next to my home to solve the issue after a long conversation about Fusion material with the staff.
