The staff who attended to me at Bugis Junction was very nice, knows the product well whenever my boyfriend raised his concern and were also ready to approach us. Everything was also done in just a couple of minutes and they even explained everything to me clearly. Unlike any other shops, they do not require a printed receipt if anything were to happen.
