Lifetime Guarantee is only applicable if the store open in your country. This week I want to use lifetime guarantee of clear coat and end up the kiosk is gone. The phone that they provide in the website is gone. I tried to contact their instagram (5 cities) and those that you provide in the website, no one answer.
I will said, do not buy it, there is no such thing like a lifetime guarantee if they close suddenly without any notice.
