I have been approaching Mobile Outfitters India Team on mail since May 15th with a request. But they are not keen even to respond a line to the mail. I am not going to be averse if you do not accept the request which is secondary, primarily a customer expects a line of reply as a courtesy. Am really disappointed. Update : 25/05/2023 There was some confusion in regard to the mail ID on which details were sent and hence the issue had not reached their desk. But once it was brought up the whole team had ensured my issue was resolved within hours. Glad to see Team @ Mobile Outfitters are very understanding and quite helpful. Best Wishes...
