With my hopes having been let down with panzer glass, with it constantly cracking and needing to be replaced, I cant say I was OK when a service rep of yours smashed my phone with a wrench. But when my phone didnt break, I was immediately SO impressed and have since recommended it to everyone I know. Now I can show off my phone and don't have to hide it in an ugly phone case or be nervous about breaking it. And the lifetime warranty doesnt hurt.
