The product is good. It does what they say it will do - protect your devices from scratches or impact. The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee also makes Mobile Outfitters an attractive proposition. But it is the level of customer servicing that I'm find most impressive. So far, I've had 6 devices affixed with their products. Customer servicing on each occasion has been exemplary.
