Not wanting to help - no out of the box thinking or escalation process.
I have been your customer for years from when you first started. We used to pay Aed 20 and free replacement - today, we pay Aed. 160 for a mobile phone and Aed 20 for a replacement (we don't want to argue on the cost of the coat when Aed. 160 is already collected) - with 18 devices minimum per year. If not an alternative, I think I can do without it.
I complained at your desk and waited for a few months without response.
Years of custom warranted a complain.
