I have been a loyal customer of Mobile Outfitters for 7 years, always relying on your products to protect my devices. However, I am disappointed with the recent service I’ve experienced. For the past two months, I have tried to get my damaged screen protector replaced, but every visit to your store results in either long wait times (at least two hours) or the material being out of stock.
This has left me with a damaged screen protector for an extended period, which is quite frustrating. As a long-term customer, I expect better service and availability of materials. Please address these issues to improve the customer experience.
