I recently had a Clear Coat installed at Mirdif City Center, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Within an hour of application, scratches and smudges appeared all over my phone, which is unacceptable for a product priced at AED 105. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but this experience has been far below the standard I expect. I urge you to address this issue by either replacing the coating with a proper one or refunding my payment. Please treat this matter urgently.
